Damage of furniture and belongings moved and and terrible attitude to client service

Vredebest moved and stored my furniture from Pretoria to Pringle Bay in January 2025. My boxes were delivered squashed and content broken . All my red wine glasses broken. Garden patio furniture sc****d and damaged, lamps in various pieces and some items just missing.

I did not obtain insurance as they came highly recommended. I ill never use them again. The most distressing was their attitude - not one apology, just if you wanted to protect your furniture you should have insured it. This was not one item damaged or ****** - it was random disregard and neglect. I was very upset. Ronel Jordaan ***
