Yamaha TW200 C.D.I

I took my bike to VR Custom Motorcycle in Rustenburg ***) for repair. They told me that the C.D.I wast the fault and they will replace it with the necessary parts needed. I accept and told them that it is in order they can repair my bike. I went to fetch the bike and payed the full amount for all parts and labour. But they told me they couldn't still get the bike to start. So the owner told me that I can take the bike to another shop and if there were any problem regarding the parts they replaced in order for the bike to start, he will replace my money and I must sent them back the faulty parts. I took the bike to George Yamaha Western cape, and the problem was the C.D.I that was faulty that VR Custom Motorcycle in Rustenburg fitted. George Yamaha replaced the part with a new C.D.I and the bike was 100 percent running. I contact the owner Riaan at VR Customs and explain the problem of the C.D.I to him and he told me to sent the faulty parts back and he will sent the parts bak to his dealer, then replace my money. The owner of VR Customs has recieved the parts and now he doesn't want to refund me. The amount is almost R3000.00. The incident happend in October 2014.
