I complained about this company before and they said my complaint about them is not true.

I cancelled my dealings with them a few months ago. So you can imagine my surprise when I found a transaction from them in my bank account without my authorisation. It came up as card payment so I had to block my card.

Capitec: Your card payment of R10000.00 exceeded your limit and was declined. Update your card limits on our app or in branch. Info ***

Then when I call them they act like they don't know what I'm talking about.
