Voyge Motor Spares Non-Responsive

Spare parts for a 1997 Toyota Corolla 180GLE was ordered, but the wrong ones were sent after I paid R 550,00. Now, the person responsible keeps telling me the right parts are on their way, but it's been 2 weeks now and I still don't have my parts. He also doesn't make any effort to communicate with me or keep me updated. I as customer am tired of phoning after the supplier and would prefer to get a refund.
