Vovoon.com ********

What a Christmas gift. I have ordered and paid $37 for a Battery operated STIHL CHAINSAW but received the chain only from Vovoon.com. I also queried by sending 1 Email to *** and 2 emails to vovoon.com BUT NO REPLY. Can we not trust nobody anymore???
