Where is the owner?

<p>If i had a popular or busy spot like vovo telo in parkhurst, i would certainly make sure i am there for a saturday morning rush. The waiters are running the show and have no clue. People are turning away from the door and going somewhere else. </p> <p> </p> <p>my friend made a booking but was running late so they just pointed me in a direction, i doubt that they reserved the table for us. Someone took a table from a waiter, rather old waiter and he then started shouting at the other waiters. Its absolute chaos and utter madness. If it was up to me I would not have come here. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
