Vovo Telo Grayston can't make croissants

Two days in a row the croissants delivered by Uber Eats were appalling. I took them back both days & finally got my money back. The attitude of the owner was terrible - she did not acknowledge that they were raw and full of uncooked dough. Even the manager who I spoke to on both occasions agreed he needed to show the baker.The owner was snotty and just said they were artisanal croissants. I informed her they were not croissants and she needed to visit France to understand what a croissant actually is. I went next door to Woolies, bought a croissant and took it to her to show her what a delicious cooked croissant looks like. She said it looked dreadful. Absolutely clueless woman. Famous Brands should cancel her franchise & award it to someone who is interested in customer satisfaction and someone who is informed. I suggested to her that she didn't know much and that even Tashas which is also Famous Brands franchise makes excellent croissants to which she rep**** they are just frozen and reheated. Damn cheek.
