Stay away from Vovo Telo Waterfront

I gave them 1-star but it should be 0 as they are pathetic - We went to eat breakfast on 2 Jan and they were out of stock with just about everything and not willing to replace some items. After calling the so-called manager, Linton, he told us very arrogantly that if they are out of stock and it is what it is - we'll just have to order something else!No apology no nothing. This guy is the most arrogant so-called manager I have ever come across and guess what? He clearly doesnt know anything about customer service and should not be employed at all. After writing a review on their Facebook page, they dont even seem to care. Seems it's a company problem. Im therefore not surprised to find that they havent been responding to any of the HelloPeter complaints either and as arrogant as they are, i doubt they care much at all...best strategy is to stay away and let them go bankrupt. Then they'll care!
