Stay. Away.

The V&A branch: To be fair, we had been warned. But how bad could it be, right? It looked nice enough. Unfortunately, nothing could have prepared us for the terrible experience we had there: absolutely awful service, bland food, cold coffee, exceptionally rude waiters and a bumbling manager who told me, when I took out my laptop to read an email, that I had to put it away or LEAVE! We thought he was joking. He wasn’t. He said it’s “not the vibe they’re going for”. Me, reading an email on my Macbook - after suffering through cold coffee, stale bread, bleak food, a rude waiter and ABBA on repeat - is not the effing vibe, apparently. I mean, what the actual hell? I literally joined Hellopeter just for this review. I honestly can’t believe they’re still in business. Just awful.
