WORST CAFE, WORST MANAGER (EARNEST) & SERVICE....EVER! On Payment, their terminal gave an error, so I did a second payment. Then I logged into my banking app and showed Earnest I made 2 payments. His arrogant and patronizing attitude, I have never seen before from a manager...and he refused to refund my double payment. He gave me a number to call and said he WILL NOT DO A REFUND! So to summarise, if you looking for a dishonest cafe, a BAD MANAGER like Earnest and second-rate service then look no further than a Vovo Telo...I BET YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
