No care attitude

Came all the way from Illovo to enjoy a breakfast about 11;Asked for well toasted ciabata. Started eating and discovered under the scramble egg was untoasted ciabata. Asked waiter why and he said he told chef. Manager had just come on duty . He checked and said element was broken. Asked them why they did not tell me ...<br> The owner happened to be there with company and did not want to interrupt her so I left it . I might as well go to wimpy if the pricier franchises offer the same below par services.<br> <br>
