Incorrectly charged and cheated

I went to vovo telo in Norwood and order a take away mocha and cappuccino. When my order the cups were smaller than what I always got before on questioning this I was informed they had run out of the normal/medium size- I should have been told this when ordering not only once I've paid and received my order. Also the cashier informed I had been charged for the smaller size but when I looked on the reciept again and checked the menu she had **** charged me for the larger size that wasn't available. I went back to query this and she said she would could the manager. She or the manager did not have the decency to even apologise for what had happened and the manager didn't not even acknowledge me. I was given the difference back.
