I have been to other Vovo Telo restaurants they have been so good

Service was shocking. I was being taken there for lunch - promised a gastronomical experience. (maybe they should hire mystery shoppers). And rate themselves - because the service was seriously bad. And the food disappointing.

They weren't busy - the waitress was attentive, took the order, with speed and our food order as well. (that is where speed died) and ignoring stepped in. It took 15 minutes for a Fanta and a lemonade to arrive.

and a further 37 minutes (we checked) for the food to arrive. A cold naked burger with cold uncooked chips and a Chicken Mayo sandwich..

What too so long - or maybe why. does social distancing affect the staff as well.

So sad. We sat there through others receiving their lunch and eating and leaving.

It was definitely an experience. But not the kind I though we would get. The person I was with was embarrassed kept saying it must be under new management because it wasn't like this before. They are normally quicker.
