Poor Service Delivery

<p>Vouchercloud ran a promotion where they offered discounted prices to Vodacom clients for movie tickets at Numetro. I pruchased the tickets online and was instructed to redeem the tickets at the Numetro counter. When I got to Numetro, the ticket retrieval process failed. I then apprached the attendant who advised that I should contact Vouchercloud. I then call the support line and the attendant tried to help but to no avail. the attendant then advised that they will process a refund for the value of the tickets. I had to purchase new tickets for the full value . Voucherclound are a ******* and cannot honour their adverts. Good at collecting money but appalling at delivering the service.</p>
