Unauthorised debit orders

I have unauthorised debit orders going off my bank account with reference Voucherssa for R99.00. This has been going on for over six months and have been reversing them. Last year in December I got ahold of their contact details on your website(HelloPeter). I phoned and informed them that I haven't signed up for any contracts with them, I gave my account details and they promised that they'd refund and cancel the debit orders. Now from January I have two debit orders going off on the 25th and 30th of each month and was not able to reverse them. This is frustrating as it affects my credit rating as debit order reversal shows as somebody who cannot meet their commitments. <br> <br> The explanation I got was that there must've been a \'finger error"' when the call centre agents were capturing their clients details. If that's the case I want my details deleted from their database and all my money refunded which will be R400 to date. I'm am not a member of this nonsense company and have never even received a call from them."""
