VOTOFEL - Up in arms

I ordered a product called Votofel and paid for it. I have yet to receive the product. I ordered it December 2017 and got charged around January 2018. They cannot even furnish me with a tracking number so I can track the "parcel". I have subsequently cancelled my account with them(this they confirmed via e-mail) I have made several requests via e-mail for them to refund my money in full. all I get is "automated" default responses which I have kept for my records, where they promise to contact me with a resolution,to no avail. These people are seriously not interested in assisting their clients once they have your money, which leads me to believe that they are ********s . Whatever you do...DO NOT order VOTOFEL products for males. Please share on all social media platforms.
