concerned resident of Vosloorus

I am seriously not happy with the treatment and service at this clinic if the patient file is not lost they walk around chit chatting and and gossiping planing who is going to shisa nyama to braai meat.The one time i was there this one particular nurse did not even want to have the patience to hear me out,she told m to go seat out as she was busy chatting with her colleague which took ,it took literally an hour for us to get out blood pressure checked and still wait for them to assign us to different doctors and for those who came for family planning there is no privacy at all,they call out names in front of people so by the time you leave the entire clinic and stuff knows you there for family planning .....I am sorry but isn't this something that is supposed to be private? Elderly people complain about getting there early morning around 7am when the clinic opens but only to leave aftr 12pm noon is that okay?...NO They have to wait for hours only to find out that the stuff simply cant find a file.Ooh and whats crazy enough is that if the stuff knows you and it so happens you are friends with one of the nurses you dont have to stand in line,you dont have to seat and wait they simply pass on your file....Lucky you, you get to go home early coz you know people. Lets not forget Lunch they know very well when to go and surprise surprise when one goes they all go. So now patients have to wait till they come beck still not right. The last time i was there i left, i couldn't take the waiting ....till today i do not even have the small blue card,not even sure is they did register me for a file...
