Bad service at Vosloorus ext 9 clinic

So I have been using Vosloorus ext 9 clinic since I was pregnant last year. My son was born in March this year therefore was automatically registered at that clinic because I fall under their intake. Yesterday 3rd of December, my son and I arrived at 06:30am at the clinic for immunization and the clinic opens at 8am so we wanted to be first. We know about the booking process and we always book for our date but yesterday they could not find my sons name and the names of many other children in their book. Instead of investigating their mistake, we were told we are drama Queens who love to complain so we should just sit down. We got inside this very hot corrugated building with no air conditioning and waited for hours, we only let at 1pm. This was because the sister assigned to help the children kept on being called by the other staff members. Bare in mind that now our children are hungry and hot so obviously they will be crying. When one mother was told to put her baby on the scale an fill out a form, her baby started to cry. The spokes person for the clinic then told her to ignore the baby he is not crying blood instead of assisting her. One other mother had to assist as it was too hot for a 6 week old baby to be crying like that. The sisters there interrupt consultation sessions so they can gossip and when u complain they tell you to go to a private clinic and that this is a government clinic... Meaning they can afford to give bad service because they are government. Please could this be looked into as the nurses there give pathetic service and are very rude.
