Very disappointed. ****my behaviour

Vosloopies is a home based custom clothing business. Advertising and sales is conducted via a Facebook group. In 2021 I ordered and received a hoodie which looks awesome and received with no hassles. Something has clearly changed though as my next order was fully paid in December 2021 and I am unable to get feedback. My messages are completely ignored. Comments on the group that are not favourable are deleted. I have requested a refund as I was not receiving any updates. Very disappointed and upset.
