Worst client service ever

<p>lve bought a 9mm at Vos gunshop in Vereeniging in 2016 June.I did my competency and recieved it 4Jan 2017,I then went to admit my licence application to the police station where they told me the firearm is still on the owners name and not even on the dealers name.I sended my wife to Vos gunshop to hear whats the problem and Jaco Potgieter said he will get the documents from where he bought the firearm.I left S A on the 8th of Jan and was promised by Jaco the documents asap.After many attempts to phone Jaco to hear whats the story he jusy ignores phone calls,whats app messages and emails.I had to get Maruis from a nearby shop to ask what the problem was.My e mail to Jaco fell on a deaf ear,and no replies.From last week saturday I struggled to get my money back after I asked for a fe fund,I got my money today.I will never ever recommend or direct any future clients to Vos gunshop,the worst client service ever </p>
