Bad Gun shops!

They don't tell you that you will pay storage fees if SAPS takes to long to process your licence. They stall for months when they have to pay you for guns that you sold to them. They are quick to take your money but are very bad with after care services. It's impossible to get hold of the owner when you requeste an appointment with him. The staff that made the mistakes refuse to take responsibility for their carelessness in following up with the owner. We waited a whole year for them to get back to us after we kept going in and asking if the owner has made a decision yet. We just got told the owner hasn't gotten back to them. When we finally went in to take the guns back we got told that we have to pay R19500.00 in storage fees. They offered R5000 and to wave the storage fees only to not pay us. It's been 3 and a half months and still no payment. I'm waiting for my license. Will see what happens when I try get my gun from them!!
