CAA 431 288 Vortech car hit me and drove away

A car CAA 431 288. Vortech employees hit me with a car in cosmo. There were two drunk people in the car and the one on the passenger side was holding a whiskey glass filled with alcohol. I was walking on the side pavement in cosmo city and they hit me with a car and didn't bother to apologize but instead they asked me why I was walking where I was walking. A man had to intervene to call them to apologize but they refused.
