My money was deposited but haven't got my delivery

On the 12th of November I spoke to Amanda menani to order hover boards from her company <br> <br> Then confirmed everything with her on the 13th of November 2015 making the payment for the hover boards around 9:40am.<br> <br> Amanda had promised to get the boards delivered to me on the same day at the latest 3pm.<br> <br> I have been trying to get a hold of her calls and she answers and drops as I mention my order I've also sent a couple of messages and still have not received a single message after the transaction had been made to the account <br> The amount off cash I deposited was R12000 cash for these hover boards
