Vorso dealership

Please kindly help I took my car to above mentioned panel beater to fix my car as it had a problem with the steering that was hard .the mechanic promised that he can fix the problem within two days till today .I always whats up him at some point he will read my massages without any say in return if he does he will promise to fix my car same day iv been going there asking to put my steering together still he doest do that ..I opted to pay for a new steering rack from audie as he said it will cost 25000 isaid its fine I will pay for a new one still nothing he always put up excuses ..he promise someone times that the car will be fixed on so date when I get the my car is widely opened not fixed ..everyday he tells me that tomorrow it will be fixed.iv booked with audi dealership in braam fontein and cancel it for several times as icant get my car .it has been two weeks and some days still waiting cant get ..can't take it as it is dismantled please help me to get my car so that will take it to the dealership its clear that he will never fix it!!!
