Ladies Bathroom facilities appalling

I must just report that I am super revolted by the state of the Vorna Valley Shopping center(Olive Grove) in Midrand ladies bathroom facilities.

Went in this morning and there was poo everywhere in the one toilet with no seat at all, the other toilet was completely closed up so could not even get in there. It is a absolute mess and the public health should get involved, as shoppers cannot possibly use this facility.

This shopping center is always busy with 2 toilets for the ladies that are in a absolute state !!! Who owns this center that doesn't care about its shoppers. I tried to phone *** on several occasions but just get cut off all the time
