Bad customer service

I've had the worst experience with vorn's swim school. I was retrenched unexpectedly last year and when my work gave me only 2 weeks notice I immediately gave the swim school written notice my 2 kids cannot come the next month because I could not pay for the next month. I got a horrible reply saying I must still pay R1000 for the next month. If I had how would I have money for food that now need to last me till I find another job. I can't believe I got such a disappointing reply to my crisis. I've been getting threats from a credit company that I owe them money for the swim school every month which has turned into R1917. Just warning other parents my experience.
