VOOX EXCHANGE: URGENT WARNING - FUNDS WITHHELD AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reference: Withdrawal on hold (Status: "Not Audited") for over half a day. Date of Incident: 2025/10/05. I am writing this review as an urgent warning to anyone considering using Voox Exchange. Their customer service and operational delivery are dangerously ***********, and they are currently withholding my funds. This morning, I initiated a Dogecoin withdrawal, and after over half a day, the status remains "Not Audited." This is an unacceptable and frankly scandalous delay for any financial service, especially one handling client funds. My money is effectively being held hostage without explanation. The customer service experience is equally appalling. I attempted to contact their "Customer Service" chat and was met with a useless robot that only led me to a holding message: "Thanks for your message, please wait a moment while our agents attend to you." I waited over an hour and NO agent ever responded. Their system is set up to provide the illusion of support while delivering absolutely none. This lack of accountability and professional service when dealing with people's finances is irresponsible and entirely unacceptable. If Voox Exchange cannot handle a simple withdrawal in a timely manner or provide a human being to assist a stranded client, they have no business operating in the exchange space. I demand the immediate release of my funds. Potential users, please be warned: You risk losing access to your money and receiving zero support from this platform. I will be closing my account and advising everyone in my network to stay far away from Voox Exchange. Do not trust this exchange with your money.
