Pathetic Customer Service

we took my daughter in at around 6pm because she fell and we thought her arm was broken. we got there and they did xray but no one came back to us to give us the result. The dr on duty and the nurses literally ignored us, they started attending to people who got there after us.

At 8:30 we decided to leave, that's when she approached us and said she can't leave bleeding patients to attend to my daughter. And that we should tell her when we decide to leave, but we've been sitting there unattended.

I've heard people complain about their service but today I've experienced it. I guess my 3 years old daughter should bleed first before she get their attention!!!
