Bad attitude towards the patients

Hello Peter. I had a patient today who was faintered and she was harassed by the stuff member of Voortrek hospital in Mokopane Limpopo. the treated her so bad to the extend that wen she woke up she refused a treatment and wanted to be discharge. please help with this matter the stuff member of the hospital they don't have a good customer service
