thanks for food poisoning

This is so sad as I used to love voorstrand.

I had lunch there on 1 May 2023 at lunchtime with my wife, mother and 3 kids.

The view is fantastic - but that's where the good ends.

My daughter and I ordered the prawns : They were disgusting - tasted off and smelled like cat urine.

My mother, son and my youngest daugter ordered the chicken strips : They were pale - dry and tasteless

My wife ordered the Hake . the hake was grey in colour - smelled off and tasted disgusting.

with tip the bill came to R1600

At least the beers were cold.

Today (2 May) I have terrible stomach cramps and so does my wife.

My 2 daughters had to be sent home from school with terrible stomach cramps

Never again.
