Sold a car to another buyer buy not informing me

Firstly, I had to ask if the car was in an accident, then I had to request an Audi check to ensure the warrantee, then I had to find my own finance because they couldn't lower their offer and did not offer to source additional on my behalf (which several other dealerships have done without request). I had to phone them as they only used email to correspond with me. <br> I request their banking details on Wed and didn't get a response and finally on Friday I get my own financial approval and send it through again requesting banking details to which I receive a very insincere response \Hi Janna, we already got a deposit on this car this morning. Sorry for the inconvenience.\" I immediately phone and was told they couldn't wait for me and sold the car. I did not receive a phone call or forewarning to say they're looking to accept a deposit and nor did I get the option of \"well perhaps we can look at another vehicle in stock or keep you posted if we get another one\" I get told sorry we are professionals that cant wait for customers to buy a vehicle. It was very unprofessional and their comments and lack of empathy towards my efforts were dumbfounding."
