Voorpos unfair clause for code C1 license holders - Stay away from Voorpos

I insured my car with this broker since 2018 when I bought my first car and everything was fine until i start claiming. This broker is penalizing me for having a code C1 license and i have to pay R3000 every time I claim.

When i ask why its like they told me it's standard clause for all insurance contract and i was forced to leave this insurance because i was paying excess waiver for this policy buy the license clause will remain for as long as i still have the insurance with them. Who penalize a client for having legal south African license.
