Incorrect fuel, mechanical damage, and *****ulent documentation.

I visited Vooma emerald motors and paid R200 for petrol, but I was mistakenly given diesel instead. While the gas station acknowledged the mistake, their 'solution' was insufficient. They provided a mechanic who simply drained the diesel and refilled the tank with petrol. However, as any driver knows, running the wrong fuel casues immediate and lasting damage to the fuel system. To make matters worse, the garage handed me a service report that contained details that were not mine. It was written for a completely different person/vehicle, which shows a complete lack of accountability and administrative negligence. Because the garage failed to provide a real solution. I am demanding that Vooma covers the cost of new injectors and spark plugs. Draining the tank was not a sufficient fix for their error. I have evidence of the incorrect paperwork and the damaged parts, and I expect this to be resolved immediately.
