Bad service

<p>Good day. I would please like some advise as im in a sticky situation. Im a full title owner in a Estate and pay a levy. Im not satisfied with the service rendered by the body colpret and therefor i have not payed levy for a view months. I have send them numurous email regarding my complaints and pictures aswell for proof and have had no responce at all. Doesnt even look like they have anything on record, and that show a lack of interest on their side? I got a mesage today that they want to hand me over and send them an email again telling them about the lack of service im eperiencing and the lady said i must forward all my previous email to her again? What do i stand to do as i am not willing to pay for such bad service like the garden service and waste removal as it is my money that i work for and expect good value for my money.
