Delayed Commission Payment and Poor Communication

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent commission payment. Despite submitting my invoice before the registration of transfer, I waited two weeks without any response from your firm, despite several follow-up emails. When I finally received a reply, I was told that the commission had been paid to another company and was asked to resubmit my invoice, which had already been provided.

This lack of communication and the delay in payment are unacceptable. As a result, I will no longer use your conveyancing services and will not recommend your firm to anyone.

Please ensure that such issues are addressed in the future to prevent further inconvenience to your clients.
