I was ****med by this business. Please be aware and DO NOT pay any money for anything that you have not yet received.

They breed miniature dachshunds and chihuahuas. Here is a short summary of what happened.

2022/12/02: I reserved a puppy which was going to be flown to me (Cape Town) at 8 weeks old on the 18th of January. I clearly explained that this was a birthday gift for my daughter and that she wanted a baby (8 weeks old), KUSA registered puppy - as I was initially offered a 6 month old puppy.

2022/12/18: I was requested to pay a 50% deposit (R6 750) in order to reserve the puppy.

2022/12/19: I paid the R6 750 deposit and sent the proof of payment. This was acknowledged on the same day.

2023/01/13: I requested details about the flight on the 18th so that I could make the necessary arrangements at work. The WhatsApp message was read on the same day, but ignored.

2023/01/16: I again requested details about the flight on the 18th and explained why I needed the information.

2023/01/17: I received a message back from Francois Reyneke, indicating that they would only be able to send me the puppy at the end of March. The reasons given had to do with a new job he started etc. I explained that this was not acceptable to me as I had clearly indicated that the puppy was a gift and had already said no to an older puppy, specifically because we wanted the puppy at 8 weeks old. I requested that the puppy be sent to us within a week or that the money paid be refunded as he was not honouring the agreement. He agreed to refund me.

Ever since he has been ignoring me and I have not been refunded. All of the above mentioned information/communication is on a WhatsApp conversation that I am happy to share with anyone who would like to verify the accuracy of it. This business / individual CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
