Non delivery 7 months after making payment!

<p>We paid Jason deposit for a bar on 4 Nov 2015. Agreement was that it would be installed by the second week of December 2015. He never showed up and never communicated this fact. When we started asking questions, his phone was off and we were not able to contact him. He made promises to come install the bar more times than I can even remember, never showing up. All sorts of excuses: cash flow problems, workers not pitching, electrical problems, weather and and and... Asked for our money back numerous times. Only when my husband pitched at his workshop in April 2016 did he start work on our bar. He installed part of the bar after this, but it is not close to the quality we expexted and paid for. And it is still not complete to this day!! He is now saying he is struggling to get the money from other work to finish our bar and is totally broke so cannot pay back our money. We are handing him over to the attorneys as all other avanues have failed. Also reported him to National Consumer Comussion. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS PERSON AND ONLY DO BUSINESS WITH HIM IF YOU ARE WILLING TO KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE.</p>
