180kmh speed limit on all new Volvo cars.

I just bought and accepted delivery a Volvo XC60 T6 R-Design, my first and last Volvo ever. It is just and awesome car with a lot of extras but the dealer let me down. After accepting delivery I learned that the car's max speed limit was limited to 180kmh, this apparently applies to all models from 2021 onwards. During all my discussions with Tom Campher motors this fact was never reveled to me, one would expect that with such a dramatic change to the specifications that the dealer would have reveled this fact. Even Volvo brochure on the car that is available on the Volvo and dealers website states the max. speed as 230kmh on this model. I was mislead during the process of ordering the car, even during a test drive this fact was not revealed. I also ordered the car with Polestar Engineering at R18k to be installed and yet the dealer did not mention the speed limit of 180kmh to me, it makes no sense to have this feature installed on a car where the performance is severally limited. This limit should be disabled in South Africa with a lot of high jacks on our roads, virtually all small cars would outrun any new Volvo car on our roads, Just crazy!!!!
