Worst service

Hi, I have a problem with Volvo SA, and Volvo Pietermaritzburg to be specific. I have taken my car there for service, the dealership opens at 07:30, the gentleman working there arrived late and the started having a smoke, I then asked for transport to work which is 15km from the dealership and I was told they don’t transport to that side and I must organize my own lift which I did. Then my car was given back to me, they claimed they had serviced it, I drove 20km and the problem reoccurred. I returned the car and they still refused to transport me back to my work place. I got my car back and now it says engine needs service. Now I’m just infuriated not only because they are not doing their job but my life must now stop because they are taking short cuts. I have sent my review to Volvo sA and I have heard nothing from them. I’m just worried that my car may suffer for the poor servicing. I wouldn’t advice anyone to buy a Volvo in South Africa, it’s a trap.
