Volvo warranty and maintenance plan issues

Volvo has changed their warranty and service policy, so that they do not replace sets of parts. If your left front shock is faulty, they won't replace the right with it as a set. They will rather wait until you end up with a broken car again, and then only replace the right hand side one.

They do not replace malfunctioning parts until they break. Resulting in you sitting with a faulty car before they replace it. In my case, left front mirror, Rear left door lock. Twice. Rear hatch lift shocks twice.

Brilliant product, but good luck with after sales service.
