The worst spares department that I have ever experienced. Trying to purchase a part over the counter on a cash sale bases and they refuse to sell this part, because I have no account with them.

What are they talking about? Maybe they don't need my money, they are making so much out of the account holders that they want over the counter cash sales.

The staff member in particular is Mr Kuben Velayudam. Suppose if I were one of his buddies he would immediately help me and even give me a great discount.
