Volvo service stays horrible!

Im experiencing HORRIBLE service from CMH Volvo Hatfield - Please see the quote from the dealership where the job is over R20,000 for brakes and discs which were reported to have an unbearable noise during the last service, it continued and this was reported and I was informed it was resolved. When I left my car there last night and the Dealer Principal promised to phoned back once the investigation is done and I haven't been phone.

The car was with them for its last service under warranty at the beginning of the year and I informed them of all the issues and requested that the discs be checked as Ive had a similar issue before which is clear that there is a quality issue. Ive had continuous problems - the service record is clear and this is a 2020 model.

Now how am I fully liable for the bill when the dealership was negligent!! The car went in more than once because I specified that it was the last warranty job. I'm honestly very tired of complaining, now beginning to hate this brand and its horrible service. I will be updating social media shortly.
