Volvo SA customer care not customer centric

Volvo has failed to resolve a technical issue with my vehicle. They have happily made me pay for the entire year in 2022 for an oil leak they failed to resolve. I approached Volvo SA customer care in January of this year, it is September 2023 and my car still has the problem. Absolutely shocking how I am driving a car with a technical problem and Volvo advocates for safety! What hypocrisy! The car vs service when you have problems is like oil and water! Very disappointing and certainly never buying a Volvo again.
