Volvo is the Worst Car Brand in South Africa! Do not buy their trouble some cars!

I bought my Volvo V40 T4 in 2014, after 500km there was a sound that the vehicle made whenever I reversed and moving forward to park or when I drove over a hump. I reported this matter to Volvo in Midrand they told me that it is caused by the brakes and some lubricant that they had to apply. That was a temporary solution and I always informed them about the consistency of this fault which was ignored. Recently I serviced my car at Volvo in Bedfordview and they pointed out that the breaks are faulty, I then replaced them. Now I am trying to trade in my vehicle with Volvo Nelspruit and they told me that there was is a problem with a gear box leakage and that I should replace the gearbox before the trade. Prior to that when they received the vehicle on Wednesday, 30 May 2018, the sales executive Juan told me that everything was 100% according to how I described my vehicle. He then called me on Monday, 04 June 2018 to inform me that there is a problem with my gearbox. The questions that I raised to him were; why am I being informed about the faults after a couple of days later? Why was the 110 safety check was not done immediately? Why was my vehicle driven outside the workshop for more than 55km? Now the question I want to ask Volvo is why was the sound coming out when reversing not properly fixed? Could this not be one of the faults that were overseen and bypassed while the vehicle was still under warrantee? (perhaps they tried to save themselves some money from the claims) Why was this leakage not seen by the other dealerships when they were servicing my vehicle?

Who should be taking responsibility for this?
