Volvo Cars South Africa Dissatisfaction Guaranteed!

I've purchased a Volvo Selekt vehicle from Volvo Cars South Africa (Supergroup / Auto Baltic). Within 10 days and ****m, I have contacted Volvo Cars South Africa customer care that I'm not happy with the vehicle whilst sharing the details of the vehicle's damages were undisclosed. The dealer rep**** that the damages were happened while the vehicle was run ****m by the customer. Whenever I call Volvo South Africa customer care, they keeps on telling me they were escalated the matter. I asked them to loop the escalation channel in the mail. They said there is no escalation channel for Volvo South Africa. Coincidentally I found a Volvo Car South Africa Managing Director in linkedin and explained him about choosing a volvo brand caused this trouble. He promised that his team started looking into the issue. 10 days after that, the dealer came back and said that they are ready for below options (1) refund the cash deducting bank settlement charges etc. (2) replace another car with 15k more kilos on the clock, that is at a low cost (3) will go to ombudsman so that they will get a chance to repair the vehicle

I told the Volvo South Africa Managing Director about the dealers option which is unfair and the cash I've spend, just to choose Volvo Brand - driven only ****m, unused and parked in my garage costs me too much and I expect the brand value from the director board.

Quite surprisingly, the Volvo Managing director rep**** me that the options that dealer has put forward is the best one. The Volvo Managing director sounded literally a sales executive here! And I lost faith in Volvo South Africa and have to live with the dealers option without any choice!
