Volvo Bad service Somerset West

Issues.
Not supplying a spare key (national programming system went down and key cutting machine broken)
Not supplying a service booklet (no stock)
The above would have been OK, but my wife specifically phoned ahead got a quote made a booking and drove out to Somerset West to collect.
When they failed to deliver, they offered to fetch the car (and ride out my fuel) to save my wife from driving the N2 on her own again. So I installed a GPS to just double check the driver. One of the managers picked up the car and promptly exceeded the speed limit on numerous occasions with hitting 157kph at one point. The car was also used for shopping on the way to the workshop and dropping off staff.
Still charged me full price for the key, although they still cannot explain full price, as they cannot claim cost of keeping stock as they were not keeping stock.

As a suggestion of good will, I asked that they buy back my 2008 V50 (in top condition) at market price. Well it seems they do not trust their own brand well enough to even offer me a below market value price. So it seems it is the normal sell and walk away setup. (admitting the bad resale value of the brand maybe?)
