Unhappy with the car and service recieved

I bought a BRAND NEW Volvo S40 which I picked up Jan 2012. Three days in, it started making a rattling sound. We took it in and the sound persisted but eventually died down. Since then it's been a series of rattles and random breakdowns. On Tuesday the car would not start. We had to be towed AGAIN, making this the THIRD/FOURTH time we have been towed in the last two years. They called to say they changed the battery and the car is ready for pick up. As we were getting ready to go pick it up, they call again saying the car seemingly won't start AGAIN AFTER this battery. I am livid at the service I have received over the years. To top that off, before I could get any feedback on the car yesterday morning, I got a call from their sales person offering me new deals on a trade in. I found this utterly inappropriate especially since no one from the dealer had even bothered to tell me that my car had been delivered by the tow company and that they were looking at it. I genuinely feel ****** like I was given a 2nd hand car that has continuously given me issues since purchase, albeit purchased new. Life was so much simpler with my Grande Punto!!!!!
