Two days and no response

My car had issues and wass towed to Tom Campher Auckland Park for repairs. It has been two whole days without a vehicle to get around with and they have not come back to me with regards to what could be wrong with the car, nor how long it is going to take to sort it out. <br> I on the other hand have been left transportless and no one seems to care as I was not even given a courtesy vehicle to assist me through this difficult time. The worst part is that I live really far away and have no way to take my children to and from school which has resulted in them missing out on the necessary education that I pay so much for.<br> I have called several times and keep being informed that they are in a meeting and no one calls back to inform me on progress. No one has even attempted to offer me an alternative when one pays so much for a car, the least they can get is good service. I think that my relationship with Volvo has been seriously damaged and I think that it is time I look at other vehicle makers.
