The Great Spare Part *******

Need a spare key for my C30 Volvo. Went to the agent as these cannot be done by a locksmith. ( If they could approximate charge would ZAR 1200.00 to ZAR 1400.00) This seems reasonable after checking prices overseas. I have now been quoted ZAR 4500.00 for a replacement Key!!! Absolutely ludicrous. When I asked for a discount as I am a pensioner I was told thats the price!!
