Refusing of Fixing the Sunroof Exploded

When the glass exploded it was quite a shock doing so while we were driving from work , the next day we took our car to the Dealer because its still within warranty . The Volvo dealer indicated they had never seen or heard of a sunroof exploding and therefore they find it hard to believe it happened by itself . If it had been open, the sunroof would have shattered in our face and we were driving with our kids. <br> <br> The flat glass at the edges of where it's broken are curved up, that indicates something internally caused the glass to break--a defect in the glass, <br> They are refusing fixing our car and it's still within motor plan by saying if it was a factory fault it should have shown in 10000 Km. We've been experiencing a lot of things that needed to be fixed each time our car goes for service. <br> <br> Volvo S80 we bought it new 2013 .<br> <br> Kindly assist we've tried and they are not willing to fix it and they've indicated that we can take the matter up with their customer service as they don't make decision .<br>
